a Fort Wayne based commercial appraisal company,
after ten years in Houston, Texas in appraising and
land development consulting.
Industry Involvement:
Brent is an Indiana licensed real estate broker,
and an Indiana certified general appraiser. He was
formerly involved in commercial real estate
brokerage, appraising and consulting for major land
developments in Houston, Texas from 1982 to 1997. He
has been an instructor for appraisal classes for the
Texas Real Estate Commission and is past commercial
admissions chairman of the Hoosier State Chapter of
the Appraisal Institute.

Education:
Indiana University School of Business, B.S. with
concentration in Real Estate Administration, Finance
and Insurance. Evans Scholar (1978-1982). Awarded
