Career History:

Prior to joining The Zacher Company, Steve was employed with Data Resources, Inc., a Division of McGraw Hill, a Boston based economic forecasting firm and General Motors Corporate financial staff in Detroit.

     
 

Industry Involvement:

Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. He is also an Indiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He has been elected into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an active industrial member. Steve was the 2002 President of the Indiana/Kentucky chapter of SIOR. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR). He has earned his professional designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Steve is an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

           
 

Community Leadership:

Steve has served as on the advisory board of Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana in various capacities since 1987, including 2 years as chairperson. He has served on the board for Family and Children’s Services, Inc. He has served as the Chairperson of the Transportation Committee of the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce. He is a trustee and a member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Achduth Vesholom. He is a member of the Affiliates, a Fort Wayne business club. He is the past President of the University of Michigan Club of Fort Wayne.
